Reanna Ortiz has worked with Danielle since 2020 in a few different law firms. Reanna was the sole office staff for three attorneys for all of 2021 and was able to manage a variety of roles and projects independently for three attorneys. With Arizona Legal Matters, Reanna’s role will focus on office management with the intention of shifting to more client relations. Reanna is the person behind the scenes who makes everything work smoothly. Reanna and Danielle have been friends since 2006.

Reanna attended Arizona State University for her undergrad and graduate programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degree in Sociology. Reanna also obtained a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology. Reanna’s academic expertise focuses on the criminal justice system, violent crime, and psychopathology. Reanna has a background working with behavioral health providers who focused on recovering from addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. Reanna has also worked several years as an assistant instructor of various undergraduate courses with Arizona State University including Statistical Methods courses.

Reanna was accepted into Mitchell Hamline’s School of Law and will being their Juris Doctorate program in August of 2023. Reanna hopes to practice criminal and mental health law with ALM once she finishes her law degree.

Reanna is able to provide a unique perspective to the legal field. Reanna aged out of the foster care system in Arizona. She’s been a recipient of a Foster Care to Success scholarship and she successfully completed the Independent Living Program that was offered through the Department of Child Safety.

Reanna’s role in this Legal Team is critical as she manages documents, billing, and document preparation. Reanna is able to handle everything behind the scenes so that Danielle is able to use her time working with clients directly.
